It's T-Ball Time Again!

Snowstorms in the North East you say? Ha! It's baseball time in Texas again. This morning almost half the city it seemed gathered for the opening day celebrations for the Round Rock Youth Baseball. It was a gorgeous sunny morning with just a slight chill in the air.

This will be Ty's 2nd season playing for 4U T-ball (a veteran?) and he has been selected to play on the White Sox. Look for a lot of posts and pictures during our Spring sports adventures.

I used to love watching t-ball games... those homeruns where the ball doesn't leave the infield are the best! Good luck to Ty and hope he has a great season! I look forward to more pix.

blog hopping - etcetera

Yay Ty!!

I'm thinking about letting Finn play this spring, but he's only three. A year ago I would have said he was too young, but he's a pretty decent throw and he loves to play in the yard.

What do you think? Too young? Or what's the harm? I need experience to be my guide!

LOVE T-ball! My daughter decided she didn't want to play again this season and about broke my heart! Now we'll just have to wait for the big boys to play. Go Astros! And hopefully the fourth daughter will want to stick with it. But she can't start until next year.
